The Effective Leader Program |
|
Fall
Series
-->
Communications Workshop: September 18 - 19
--> Management Workshop: October 9 - 10
--> Leadership Workshop: November 6 - 7
|
| Normally
conducted for only one organization at a time, Frontier Associates
is offering its popular Effective Leader Program to participants from
multiple organizations in the Fall of 2007. |
| The
purpose of The Effective Leader Program is to provide a technology
that empowers people to lead, manage, and work powerfully with others
to produce breakthrough results in their organizations. By technology
we mean something reliably replicable, and not based on belief or
particular personality traits. |
| The
Effective Leader Program has been conducted for more than 30 organizations,
including for-profit, not-for-profit and government organizations.
At Jet Propulsion Laboratory it was offered over 55 times and to a
total of 1,300 participants. Over 90% of participants report the workshop
as being of tremendous value and recommended it highly to others. |

daily individual behavior to an organization's vision, mission,
and values. Results are major performance improvements, the ability
to overcome major obstacles and accomplish "impossible goals",
effective teamwork, and a significant reduction in the level of
management required. [more]
