| The
Effective Leader Program is for leaders and managers - those who have to produce
results through others - who want their organization to be able to overcome major
obstacles and to accomplish significant goals, to do so reliably, and with fewer
resources than are normally required. The
Program is made up of three 2-day workshops: a Communications Workshop, a Management
Workshop and a Leadership Workshop. The workshops may be taken individually and
participants may move between series. Please note, however, that the Communications
Workshop is a pre-requisite either of the other two. |

| Schedule:
The workshops begins at 8AM and ends around 5:30PM. There will be breaks
mid-morning and mid-afternoon, as well as an hour for lunch. |
| Tuition:
Tuition is $800 per workshop or $1,995 for the program. The tuition covers all
workshop materials. |
